Bengaluru, July 06, 2011: Six Kannada books written by Sadhguru, founder of Isha Foundation: a realized master, yogi and a profound mystic of our times, were released by: Smt. Sudha Murthy, writer and Chair person, Infosys Foundation at an interactive forum on 06th July, 2011 at Palace Grounds, Tripura Vasini Entrance, Near Mekhri Circle, Bangalore. Sadhguru s wish and vision is that every single human being on this planet should have at least one drop of spirituality in their life.
The books authored by Sadhgur that were released today includes:
- Anweshane - Srushtiyinda Srushtikartanedege,
- Adhyatmikate - Hale Beru Hosa Chiguru,
- Vikasana - Samanyadinda Asamanyadatta,
- Padeyallina Kusumagalu,
- Sadguru Suktigalu and
- Ondishtu Amrutha Ondishtu Visha
The book release was followed by Sadhguru s talk on Inner Engineering. He shared, As we have physical science to create external well-being there is a whole inner dimension of science to create inner well being
Inner Engineering can be thought of as a synthesis of holistic sciences to help participants establish an inner foundation and vision for all dimensions of life and find the necessary balance between the challenges of a hectic career and the inner longing for peace and well being. stressed Sadhguru to the thousands of Audience who had gathered.
Sadhguru added, The approach is a modern antidote to stress, and presents simple but powerful processes from yogic science to purify the system and increase health and inner well being.
This was followed by a question and answer session with Sadhguru anchored by Shri. Deepak Thimmaiah of Udaya TV, which kept the audience glued to their seats till the end.
