Radiographers play a vital role in the treatment of cancer as they are the only healthcare professionals qualified to plan and deliver radiotherapy. Radiation therapy technologists or radiation therapists prepare cancer patients for treatment and administer prescribed doses of ionizing radiation to specific body parts. Radiotherapy is used either on its own or in combination with surgery and chemotherapy.
Duration: 3 Years (6 Semesters) Eligibility:10+2 or equivalent with 35% cut off marks Sc. Gn.(Phy/Chem/Bio) (5% relaxation for SC/ST) Course fee- Rs. 46, 000 per year.
