Responsibilities of the candidate would be the following and not limited to,

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
• Answering questions about products or the company
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Converting potentials customers into sales using existing Leads
• Experience in using Live chat on the website

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 6 months to 1+year experience in Customer care/Telecommunication.
• Experienced with good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Required Basic Education qualification Graduation, Bachelors, etc
• Preferred worked in E-learning / Education company
