- Ensure Sales quote are sent to the customer.
- Follow up of inquiries and price negotiation.
- Responsible for sampling.
- Collection of advances and outstanding from customers.
- Pass inquiries related to Service and warranty to Service department.
- Generate/Renewal of AMC of machines.
- Timely deposit of cash/cheques/DD received from customers through Branch Head.
- Ensure cash received on sale of Spare parts are to be sent to HO through Branch Head.
- Finding out our competitors & analyzing their strengths & weakness.
- Responsible for maintaining data of records of other competitor&rsquos machines.
- Analyzing new technologies in market.
- Collecting data from magazines related to machines applications.
- Forward daily Marketing Report to HOD Marketing at HO.
- Preparation of Participating in Exhibitions.
- Participating in Exhibition and give feedback to Marketing Head.
- Advance Tour Plan for the entire territory, and obtain prospect Marketing data from HO
- Responsible for timely submission of expenditure tour vouchers.
- Reporting to Branch Product Head /Marketing Head
- All work is to be carried out in ERP.
- Over and above if any the task given as per the requirement is to be carried out.
