- Relationship BuildingCalls & Attending Branch Walk ins  r n
- Revenue Enhancement: Relationship building and increasing revenue by way of foreclosures and payment plan change.  r n
- Generating Referrals: Post-holiday calls are made to obtain member feedback and generate referrals and leads.  r n
