Sales & Profitability

• Work closely with marketing, product development, and other relevant departments to optimize cross-selling campaigns.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions and strategies to address performance gaps.

• Develop sales growth strategy, target market identification, mapping company 's offerings to market needs in a fast-paced environment.

• Sales budgeting, team requirement, salary costing, design incentive structure and targets

• Develop and execute business plans for achieving the targets of the PL -

Business Development

• Create and drive direct &alternate channels for Sales along with the regular channels.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their financial needs and implement customer segmentation strategies for targeted cross-selling efforts.

• Scan Personal loan market and competitive offerings on a periodic basis report on emerging trends and business opportunities for the consumer business.

• Understand market dynamics and accordingly suggest Credit & product team in devising competitive pricing structure periodically
