Position:- FSC ( Financial Service Consultant) - Direct Sales InsuranceGraduate with 1- 3 years experience in sales of Insurance. Minimum 6 months exposure to Life InsuranceAge Bracket: 25-32 yearsMust own a conveyance (Vehicle) CTC Up to 4.0 LPA (CTC hike is subjected upon current TFP range)Location: Himmatnagar, Jamnagar, Surat, Anand, Bharuch, Vapi, Amritsar, Ludhiana, CP Delhi. It has built its operations over almost two decades through a need-based sales process, a customer-centric approach to engagement and service delivery and trained human capital.Roles & Responsibilities :- Identify potential customers and generate leads for insurance sales.- Conduct direct sales activities to promote and sell insurance products, specifically life insurance policies.- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.- Assess clients insurance needs and provide suitable insurance solutions based on their requirements.- Explain insurance policies, coverage, premium calculations, terms, and conditions to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding.- Provide guidance and advice to clients on the various insurance products and services offered by the company.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance trends, market conditions, competitors, and industry regulations to effectively advise clients.- Collaborate with fellow sales team members and other departments to achieve sales targets and company objectives.- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.- Stay updated with industry developments, product knowledge, and emerging sales techniques through continuous learning and training initiatives.Skills required : - Direct sales experience in the insurance industry.- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, specifically life insurance.- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and close sales deals.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.- Proactive and self-motivated approach towards achieving sales goals.- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales (minimum 6 months exposure to Life Insurance)- Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance sales (if required by local regulations).
