- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Generator cum Telecaller to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.Responsibilities :1. Lead Generation :- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant tools to identify and research potential leads within the target market.- Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and engagement strategies.
-Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects for the sales team.2. Telecalling : - Initiate outbound calls to prospects and engage in effective communication to understand their needs.
-Present company products/services, highlight key features, and address any questions or concerns.
-Set up appointments or meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.3. Relationship Building : - Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
-Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.4. Data Management : - Keep accurate and detailed records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system.
-Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation and conversion activities.5. Collaboration : - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
