If you are a team player, with a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference, then we want to hear from you.Roles & Responsibilities :- Assist the Performance Marketing Manager in setting up, monitoring, optimizing and reporting on performance marketing campaigns.- Set up and monitor ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Outbrain, and other ad platforms- Identify trends and insights, and optimize campaign performance and spending based on campaign data- Manage media investments to ensure that campaign goals are achieved- Handling end-to-end commutation with allocated clients from requirement gathering to presenting numbers- Develop analytics dashboards to track, monitor and report on campaign performance and ROIs- Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize to ensure execution excellence against paid media channels- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs) and update the stakeholders in a timely manner.Requirements :- 0-2 year experience with online marketing and analytics tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics- Experience of frequently communicating with allocated stakeholders on call or any defined medium- Basic knowledge of analytical and marketing tools (Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, etc.)- Good at data processing software/tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment- Detail oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Certifications in Google Marketing Platforms and Meta would be an added advantage (ref:updazz.com)
