- My client is a leading and well-established brand in the Lifestyle and Travel industry based out of Mumbai. They are seeking a highly motivated mid-Level Innovation Specialist to join their organizations innovation function. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to actively propagate the culture of innovation within the organization.Role Responsibilities : - Gathering qualitative consumer insights and product feedback from retail outlets.- Enumerating and categorizing the brand across multiple channels.- Supervising product dispatch plans and ensuring their timely execution.- Coordinating the dispatch and execution of Visual Merchandising (VM) and Point of Sale Materials (POSM).- Handling day-to-day operations for the Samsonite brand.- Managing the Samsonite website and various E-Commerce platforms on a daily basis.- Handling product listing and content management on both the website and E-Commerce platforms.- Conducting research on website operations and content.- Daily oversight of the loyalty program for the brand, including Salesforce operations.- Researching and analysing loyalty programs and operations of other brands.- Serving as a facilitator and catalyst for innovation, inspiring and guiding teams to generate creative ideas and solutions.- Organizing and leading workshops, training sessions, and innovation events to foster a culture of continuous improvement and creativity.- Coordinating and supporting teams in adopting innovative thinking methodologies for ideation and problem-solving.- Managing innovation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and successful implementation within specified timelines and budgets.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to supervise the development and launch of innovative products and processes, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.- Evaluating project success using relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and iterating processes for continuous improvement.- Cultivating strong relationships across departments to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing for innovation in various organizational areas.- Serving as a liaison between different teams to facilitate communication and ensure a unified approach to innovation.- Leading the promotion of a culture of design thinking and innovation among individuals and processes, contributing significantly to the organization s growth and successRequirements :- 1-2-year experience in Marketing.- Proven experience in project management, innovation, or a related field.- Strong understanding of innovation methodologies, and design thinking.- Open to visit Local Market & Domestic Travel.In case of any queries/concerns, feel free to reach out (ref:updazz.com)
