You ll be responsible for crafting and executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on acquiring new customers and driving profitable growth for our global shipping services.Responsibilities :- Develop and implement performance-driven marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display advertising, and other relevant channels.- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences and tailor messaging for optimal engagement and conversion.- Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing spending for maximum return on investment (ROI).- Analyze campaign performance through comprehensive data analysis, identifying key metrics and trends.- Continuously test and refine campaigns, leveraging A/B testing and data-driven insights for ongoing optimization.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with business goals.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key digital marketing partners and vendors.- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, adapting strategies accordingly.- Effectively communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders through reports and presentations.Qualifications:- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the logistics or e-commerce industry.- Proven track record of success in driving measurable results through digital marketing campaigns.- Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and ability to translate data into actionable insights.- Expertise in major digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, taboola etc.) and campaign management tools.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.- Strong copywriting and communication skills to craft compelling ad copy and messaging.- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
