Role & responsibilities - Taking IT Sales calls(video/telephonic) for Domestic and International markets.- Respond to clients/prospects queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat- Responsible for handling queries, and appropriate assistance for Domestic and International clients/prospects.- Onboard clients by getting relevant information and following the SOP diligently.- Understanding the client s requirements, effectively communicating solutions to their queries, and following up with them as needed.- Be the touchpoint between the client and the technical team- Escalate issues to the right person promptly.- Gather feedback and share it with our Technical, Sales, and Marketing teams- Retain clients and maintain strong relationships with them- Willingness to learn and adapt to new AI marketing/sales tools and technologies.Preferred candidate profile - 1 years of experience in the US /International IT Sales- Grad or undergraduate with good skills and fluency in English.- Basic understanding of B2B and SaaS- Should be Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Keeping the clients engaged through the onboarding process- Multi-tasking abilities- Patience when handling tough cases and callsPerks and benefits - Attractive Hikes- Medical insuranceWorking hours :11:00 AM -5:00 PM - WFO & 9:00 PM -12:00 PM - WFH (ref:updazz.com)
