Relationship Associate - We are seeking a Relationship Associate (RA) to drive the delivery and execution of our solution to partner Education Agents in India. The RA will work with the Agent Partnership team in the execution of strategies and tactics designed to increase payer growth, improve retention, identify opportunities for improvement, provide accurate and timely client issue resolution and improve revenue by assuring clients promote the Payment Solution effectively and timely.- Handling day to day operations management for the division- Create strategic account plans for each client and groups of clients to maximize utilization and growth.- Support the strategic account plans for each client and groups of clients to maximize utilization, growth and revenue- Initiate dialog and build relationships with crucial points of contact- Manage new client and add-on services on-boarding process and follow ups including facilitating staff trainings ( can be virtually or on-site )- Present products and services to clients timely in an informative, educational, and consultative manner.- Organize materials and plan territory maps for marketing plans- Support and uncover new business with existing clients- Drive revenue/payer/money moved growth activities and objectives- Maintain effective communications with client administrators across multiple officesQualifications : Here s What We re Looking For : - At least graduate or above- 2-4 years of experience in Higher Education Industry- Ability to handle pressure and past success in handling sales targets- Industry experience in International Payments- Willingness to travel- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Skilled in all office systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. (ref:updazz.com)
