Lead Generation and Tracking : Proactively identify and follow up on sales leads, meticulously documenting all activities in a CRM system.Brand Advocacy : Champion the Frido brand in all interactions with dealers and distributors, promoting our products and values with enthusiasm. Partner Education : Conduct training sessions to educate partners on the financial and professional benefits of Frido products, enabling them to effectively sell and promote them. Competitive Intelligence : Stay informed about competitor activities, new product launches, and market trends, providing valuable management insights. Reporting : Generate accurate and timely field sales reports, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.Qualifications :- Minimum 1 year of proven success in field sales, preferably in a B2B environment.- A strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.- Passion for the B2B sales environment and a drive to exceed goals.
