Seeking an experienced Bancassurance Sales Manager to oversee sales teams, push goal attainment, and maintain superior customer service. Requires extensive industry knowledge and proven experience in sales management. Role & Responsibilities : - Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the channel partners Focus on Customer retention.
-Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisors by upselling and cross-selling the product mix.
-Meeting prospective customers with the channel sales team to sell insurance solutions.
-To handle the walk-in Customers at the Branch. Qualification Criteria : - Minimum 1 year of experience in the BFSI.
