Job Overview: As a Tele Sales Executive in Buzzy Infra Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth through proactive telephone engagement with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, and promote our real estate services to individuals interested in buying, selling, or renting properties. This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a solid understanding of the real estate market.Key Responsibilities :Lead Generation : Proactively identify potential clients through various sources, including databases, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for lead generation.- Utilize cold calling, email outreach, and other communication channels to initiate contact with potential clients.Client Qualification: Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budget.- Qualify leads based on their level of interest, financial capacity, and timeline for property transactions.- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company s real estate listings, services, and market trends.- Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our properties to potential clients.- Provide information on financing options, legal procedures, and other relevant details to assist clients in making informed decisions.Sales Presentations : - Conduct virtual property tours and presentations to showcase available listings.- Address client questions and objections effectively to move them through the sales funnel.- Follow established sales scripts and strategies while adapting to individual client needs.Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate in-person property viewings and other on-site activities.Qualifications :- Proven experience in tele sales, preferably or in the real estate industry.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of real estate market trends and property transactions.- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education:- A bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
