Job Title: Sales Manager - Pre-Engineered Building (PEB)Location: Pune, India (with domestic and international travel as required)Job Description:Position Summary: As a Sales Manager for Pre-Engineered Building, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts, developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. This role demands a proactive and strategic individual who can identify potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailor-made PEB solutions. You will also. need to effectively manage a team of sales professionals, oversee project bids, and collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Leadership:- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.- Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the sales team.2. Business Development:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally, by understanding market trends and customer needs.- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.3. Key Account Management:- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts and high-value clients.- Ensure a deep understanding of client requirements and proactively offer PEB solutions to meet their needs.- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.4. Sales Operations:Prepare and review sales proposals, contracts, and quotations in collaboration with the technical and operations teams.- Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs regularly.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.5.
