Help them connect and network- Evaluate & filter potential startups and get them onboarded to PedalStart Community program- Analyse startups needs and offer solutions and guidance to help in their growth and chase critical metrics- Monitor and analyse the performance of all campaigns, assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) & return on investment (ROI)- Work on multiple ongoing projects, ensuring efficient multitasking and successful executionDesired Skill Set:Basic Experience- Prior experience in Sales/Account Management (06 months - 2 years)Love for Startups - Basic understanding of startup ecosystem and how they functionOwnership: - Own each piece and execute it as an entrepreneurStructured Problem Solving : Tackle complex situations through effective and structured problem solving and out-of-the-box thinkingAbility to Hustle - Fail Fast, Try again.
