Implement comprehensive strategies to generate leads from both online and offline channels, fostering a robust pipeline of potential startups for engagement2. Develop & execute events for startups. Help them connect and network- Evaluate & filter potential startups and get them onboarded to Pedalstart Community program3. Analyse startups needs and offer solutions and guidance to help in their growth and chase critical metrics4. Monitor and analyse the performance of all campaigns, assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) & return on investment (ROI)5. Work on multiple ongoing projects, ensuring efficient multitasking and successful executionDesired Skill Set :1. Basic Experience : Prior experience in Sales/Account Management (06 months - 2 years)2. Love for Startups : Basic understanding of startup ecosystem and how they function3. Ownership : Own each piece and execute it as an entrepreneur4. Structured Problem Solving : Tackle complex situations through effective and structured problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking5. Ability to Hustle : Fail Fast, Try again. Roll up your sleeves and get work done6. Initiative : Pick up things on your own, regardless of whether its assigned to you7.
