A CASA Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling current and savings accounts to individuals and businesses. They play a crucial role in generating new business and increasing the deposit base of the bank or financial institution.Responsibilities:- Actively identify and approach potential customers, both individuals and businesses, to promote current and savings account products.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for acquiring new CASA accounts.- Build and nurture relationships with customers .- Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account openings.- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the bank.Required Candidate profile:- Any Bachelor degree.- Experience: 1 to 2 years.- Age: 21 to 30 years.- Good Conversation skill.- Excellent lead generation and conversion skills.
