Immediate Need for Team Leads in Chennai Job Description Responsibilities - Develop and manage relationships: Acquire and build strong relationships with corporate customers to grow Cash Management CMS and Supply Chain Finance SCF portfolios. - Team development: Train and enhance the knowledge of the transaction banking team in product knowledge and sales processes related to CMS and SCF. - Business pipeline growth: Identify opportunities and develop a robust business pipeline to meet growth objectives. - Product training: Conduct regular training sessions for Relationship Managers RMs, Financial General Management Officers FGMOs, and zonal teams to increase awareness of the bank&rsquos products and market opportunities. - Marketing initiatives: Drive marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase customer acquisitions and promote CMS and SCF solutions. - Implementation of mandates: Ensure the effective implementation of CMS and supply chain finance mandates, aligning with customer needs. - Additional responsibilities: Perform any other duties relevant to the functioning of the department to support strategic goals.
