We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong focus on print and digital media to join our dynamic team in Mumbai on a contractual basis. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual designs across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and impactful communication. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Visual Design: Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for a variety of materials, including:
• Brochures
• Leaflets
• Print Advertisements
• Digital Banners
• Social Media Graphics
• Presentations
• Marketing Collateral
• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to brand guidelines and style guides.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project briefs, objectives, and target audiences, ensuring designs effectively communicate the desired message.
• Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Time Management: Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and project schedules.
• File Management: Maintain organized and easily accessible design files for future reference and use.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a focus on print and digital media.
• Software Skills: Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, highlighting your skills in print and digital media.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Self-Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Resourcefulness: Must have their own laptop/computer and necessary software.
