Job Overview :The Direct Sales Agent for Banking Products will be responsible for promoting and selling banking products directly to customers. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong sales background and a comprehensive understanding of banking products and services. The ideal candidate will be proactive in generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Selected Candidates will be required to participate in training sessions held at our Chennai office, where they will receive comprehensive instruction on banking products and sales techniques.- Exceptional performers may be offered opportunities for overseas placements, allowing them to expand their skills and contribute to our global operations.- Actively promote and sell banking products, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment products, to potential overseas customers through various sales channels, including direct sales calls, meetings, and presentations.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting cold calls, and leveraging networking opportunities.- Conduct thorough needs assessments with customers to understand their financial goals and requirements, and recommend appropriate banking products and services to meet those needs.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the bank s products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity reports, pipeline updates, and sales performance analysis, to management.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures, including those related to sales practices, privacy, and data security.- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify opportunities for product differentiation and competitive positioning.Candidate Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office.Languages required : Hindi & EnglishIf you re interested in applying for the Direct Sales Agent Role, please reach out to us using one of the following methods :Phone : 73054 87772Address : Pearl HouseNo: 89, 2D1, Valluvar Salai, Ramapuram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600089 (ref:updazz.com)
