Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client needs.

Collaborate with designers to ensure seamless UI/UX integration into WordPress websites.

Optimize websites for performance, speed.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress sites (bugs, security, etc.).

Ensure all websites are secure, fully functional, and up-to-date with the latest updates.

Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality websites.

Maintain and update existing websites to ensure ongoing improvements.

Use AI-powered tools to optimize site performance, and speed (e.g., AI-based image compression, automated content optimization, AI-driven performance analysis).
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.

Experience with popular page builders like Elementor or WPBakery.

Solid understanding of theme and plugin development.

Knowledge of website optimization techniques (speed, mobile responsiveness).

Experience with web hosting platforms (e.g., cPanel, FTP).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with API integrations and working with third-party tools.

Basic experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Figma) is a plus.

Familiarity with wordPress for eCommerce sites.

Familiarity with AI-driven website accessibility tools to improve site accessibility.

Familiarity with performance optimization tools (e.g., GTmetrix, Pingdom), especially those using AI to analyze and suggest improvements.
