This individual will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving the success of our sales initiatives in these regions.Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Relationship Management:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the West and South regions.- Ensure customers needs and expectations are met and exceeded.2. Technical Support:- Provide technical guidance and support to customers.- Work closely with the technical support and projects team to resolve customer issues and concerns.- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.3. Training and Education:- Conduct training sessions for customers on products and solutions.- Educate customers on the best practices for using systems.4. Market Analysis:- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.- Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings.5.
