You are an Analyst :
:
Service and Internal Controls Assurance.
:
Supervise on day:to:day basis to ensure accurate and timely service delivery by team following SLAs and process governance tools.
:
Regularly review SOX/Internal controls compliances in team with accurate documentation and promptly remediate any discrepancy observed People Enablement.
:
Onboarding new members in the team and assessing efficiency of learning and scale up from early days for successful service delivery.
:
Assign and Assess performance KPI and s, Individual Objectives and plan for successions in the team.

Proactively plan capacity and activity with team and relevant collaborators for major achievement service deliveries like Month:end/Year:end closing, Reporting, Quarterly costing, etc.

Developing back:up among resources within team.
:
Provide ongoing mentor and feedback to team.
:
Proactively support development and implementation of CDP action items for the team for talent development.
:
Learn about and support mentor culture in team. Provide ongoing mentoring and feedback to team through regular connects.
You are a collaborator :

Work with Team Lead to assess the ad hoc service requests from business and guide teams for action.

Understanding Business Perspective, drive and own the analysis with teams which can help business to achieve their planned outcome.

Working with a team to ensure SOBPs are up:to:date and incorporate any changes required in a timely manner.

Keeping Team Lead advised of and consult for any major changes.

Lead, Chip in and review content and quality of decks prepared by Analyst on key areas to be covered for Business Engagement/Townhalls/Meetings.

Facilitate ongoing functional learning in team on periodic basis based on feedback from business or own assessment of the needs/gaps.

Multi:functional collaborators: Non:Finance (CS and L, Production, Procurement) and Finance teams in Colgate entities and other centers, External and Internal Auditors.

Develop analysis and insights from business data to support business leaders make informed decisions

Bring up any process improvement ideas from the team with assessment of impact on process effectiveness and efficiency and guide the team in implementation.

Desire to learn and effective use AI tools like ChatGPT.
What experience and knowledge will you bring?
:
5 years of experience in Product costing.
:
Knowledge of SOX, US GAAP, IFRS, Indian AS
:
Proficient in SAP : FI/CO/PA/MM modules, Sophisticated Excel and Google Sheets, BI Reporting platforms(preferred),
:
Deep experience in Costing, Inventory and Fixed Asset
