What role will you play as a member of the Colgate 's IT team?
The IT manager, Network and Security will be leading the datacenter and cloud environment operations consisting of switches, Wireless, firewalls, remote access (VPN) and load Balancer. The individual should have hands:on experience on crafting network / security architecture and critical problem solving skills along with exposure to compression devices, packet analysis. Should also have adequate knowledge of network and information security policies, configurations and problem solving skills to resolve production incidents with minimum business impact. The candidate should be having experience on people management and mentoring team members. You will have an opportunity to learn cybersecurity tools as well.

Leading architecture and operations of Datacenter and Cloud networks that includes domains like LAN, Load Balancers, Remote Access, Security, WAN and Wireless
:
Perform investigation and diagnose common network problems related to Datacenter/cloud provide resolution.

Analyze business requirements to develop technical network and security solutions with network modeling, analysis and budget planning.
:
Proactive Monitoring and network performance analysis for preventing issues.
:
Security vulnerability Management
:
Proficiency in configurations of various LAN, WAN and Wireless technologies and correlate it with LAN / Security tools

Maintain production network reliability through accurate utilization of IT standards and governance processes
