You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, meeting client requirements, and maintaining process efficiency. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities :- Client Interaction : Communicate effectively with international clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.- Process Management : Handle various process tasks, including data entry, transaction processing, and documentation, while adhering to company and client-specific guidelines.- Quality Assurance : Ensure the accuracy and quality of processed data and transactions, performing regular checks and audits as needed.- Issue Resolution : Identify, analyze, and resolve process-related issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams or supervisors.- Reporting : Prepare and maintain regular reports on process performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.- Compliance : Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements at all times.- Continuous Improvement : Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.Qualifications :Education : Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Experience : Prior experience in a BPO or customer service environment is preferred.Skills : - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems is a plus.Attributes : - Strong problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
