Assistant Manager Marketing - Candidates with Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Communications) or equivalent work experience.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.- Strong design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and layout.- Experience with data visualization techniques and tools (e.g., charts, graphs) preferred.- Prior experience in a similar role or field is advantageous seeking an Assistant Manager - Marketing with 2 to 5 yrs of experience in Marketing, possessing excellent Presentation skills combined with hands-on experience in MS Excel and Access to join our team.- This role requires a dynamic individual who is proficient in PowerPoint and Excel to support marketing department within our organization.
-The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate complex information visually - Principle Accountabilities : Create visually appealing and impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use, including pitch decks, executive-level presentations, and other decks.- Design and format PowerPoint templates to ensure brand consistency across all presentations.- Collaborate with team members to gather content and develop compelling visual narratives.- Edit and enhance existing presentations to improve clarity, flow, and overall effectiveness.- Support data analysis and reporting efforts by creating and formatting Excel spreadsheets and charts.- Responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analysing data to provide insights and support decision-making processes within the organization.- Organize and manage data sets to ensure accuracy and accessibility.- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve presentation and data management processes.- Main Challenges : Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
