Position Summary :- Ocularity Analytics is seeking an experienced individual for the role of Performance Specialist to develop & execute performance marketing strategy that push the boundaries of digital marketing, right form email marketing to programmatic advertising.- The role will entail advising our clients on overall social approach and behaviour while also developing and executing innovative performance marketing campaigns. We are looking for individuals with a creative and entrepreneurial drive and are excited to work in a fast-paced environment while thinking quickly on their feet.
-Qualified candidates will be able to effectively lead multiple projects and will be responsible for not only translating marketing objectives into broad social campaign and overall brand strategies, but also be tasked with proficiently managing campaigns throughout all phases of the project.While working within the performance marketing discipline, candidates must also display an aptitude for the entire marketing ecosystem (e.g., brand planning, media planning, creative, etc.) The Performance Specialist will work as an integral part of the PERFORMANCE Division and interface collaboratively with departments across the organization.Job Duties (Other Duties as Assigned) :- Perform daily account management across search engines & social platforms- Run and optimise E-Mail marketing campaigns. (Inbound/outbound/promotional/journeys)- Complete ownership from driving all paid top-of-funnel, middle-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel/visitor traffic to monthly customer acquisition and MRR goals.- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals. (Google analytics, etc.)- Identifying and creating a performance marketing strategy & execution plan- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns- Managing budgets and campaigns across all Paid channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid- Identifying and testing new paid channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics of growth and ROI.- Collaborate with the content marketers, designer to create all assets needed for the campaigns.- Working closely with the CEO to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.- Challenge and inspire teams to think differently about media channels and platforms- Perform targeting exercises and develop deep human insights to inform ways in which creative and media can connect with audiences.- Provide thought leadership in the following areas: consumer behaviour, creative media engagements, emerging media, accountability and measurement.- Follow creative process guidelines and track work with project management tools and contribute to process improvements.- Craft measurement plan that incorporates goals and KPIs across paid, owned and earned- Contribute to a consistent customer service standard across all departments.- Work to ensure customer service is ingrained at the core of the Marketing Sales team Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certifications) :- 2-3 years in performance marketing/programmatic advertising/digital marketing in a (creative) agency, ideally.- Bachelor s degree or a combination of education and work experience.- Experience of programmatic advertising landscape is a plus- Deep understanding of the media landscape-online;- Ability to think strategically (not just tactically)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;- Analytical in approach; should be very good with numbers;- Ability to work independently on a project or in a team environment.- A creative design eye that understands design trends and best practices.- Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines and being able to work under tight timelines.- Ability to balance being part of a team while taking responsibility for driving projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.- We d be happy to look at...
