1. Coordination of Export Activities:- Collaborate with the Export Sales Manager to develop and execute export sales strategies for chemical products.- Coordinate the export process, including order processing, shipment scheduling, and logistics coordination for chemical shipments.- Ensure compliance with international regulations governing the export of chemical products, including safety data sheets (SDS) and hazardous materials transportation requirements.2. Customer Support:- Serve as a primary point of contact for international customers purchasing chemical products, providing technical product information, pricing details, and order processing assistance.- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to chemical product specifications, regulatory compliance, and shipping logistics.- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.4. Sales Support:- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to expand the export market for chemical products.- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, assess market demand, and analyze competitor activities in the chemical industry.- Assist the sales team in generating leads, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts with international customers.5. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:- Stay informed about international regulations governing the export of chemical products, including REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals) and other regulatory requirements.- Ensure compliance with export control regulations, trade sanctions, and export licensing requirements for chemical products.- Assess and mitigate risks associated with international sales transactions, including regulatory compliance, product liability, and environmental regulations.6. Relationship Management:- Cultivate and maintain relationships with international distributors, agents, and strategic partners in the chemical industry.- Negotiate pricing agreements, supply contracts, and terms of sale with international customers and partners.- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote chemical products and expand business relationships.7.
