The IT Department is responsible for managing the entire IT Infrastructure used by the employees and the clients in the facilities owned by the organization. Novel Office does not provide IT services to clients on a contract basis but manages its own infrastructure in its own buildings/facilities that are rented to clients. The department is responsible for customer deliveries and also uptime of the IT infrastructure. Description : - Responsible for Network uptime and Security - Firewall, Router, Switches, Dialler, EPABX Administration - Load Balancing, Auto Failover, Content Filtering Management - VLAN, VPN, P2P, L3 L2 Switch Management - ISP PRI Vendor Coordination Management Desired Skills/Profile : - CCNA/CCNP or similar course preferred - 3-5 years of experience in Network - Willingness to work in rotational shifts
