Position Summary : - We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst, who will be responsible for designing and developing solutions to complex supply chain problems for large enterprises.
-The person will also be responsible for providing technical leadership to a team of data analysts working on developing solutions / supporting one or more enterprise clients. Job Description : - Designing and developing solutions to complex supply chain problems for large enterprises (using SCM software such as Kinaxis Rapid Response, SAP HANA/APO, Oracle SCM) - Working with customers for understanding requirements, providing solutions, transforming requirements into business reports - Working collaboratively with customers for deployment, maintenance and support activities - Leading a team of solution developers in complex supply-chain solution design, development, and testing - Guiding and mentoring the team; ensuring implementation of best practices - The role requires interaction with clients in different time zones - The role may require flexibility to work in different shifts Skills : - 5-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain management solutions - Hands-on experience on any of the SCM planning softwares like Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP HANA/APO, Oracle SCM - Good experience in functional supply chain solutions such as Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Planning, Aggregated Supply Planning, Order Fulfilment, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management - Very good understanding of concepts of RDBMS and SQL queries - Good data mapping skills - Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced MS Excel - Excellent communication skills and ability to directly communicate with clients - Experience in leading small size teams (of 5-10 data analysts) - Knowledge of programming languages like Java/C will be an added advantage Education : BE/B-Tech (CS), MCA, MBA
