We have an opening for our company i.e, Pioneer. Role - EUC Admin Exp -7 Years Good understanding on End User Computing, OS Imaging deployment, PC Engineering, etc.
-Excellent knowledge of application packaging and remote software deployment using tools - Good understanding on DNS, DHCP, Network Printers, Thin Clients, etc.
-Excellent troubleshooting skills on Microsoft Windows and basic applications - Experience on working with UK/EU based clients. Good communication skills.
-Experience on Remote Support using LANDesk Management Suite - Excellent understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy - Good scripting knowledge including VBS and PowerShell. Role and Responsibilities : - Provide Desktop Support using remote support tools like LANDesk, MS Remote Assistance, etc.
-Install/Remove/Configure Business applications on end user devices using remote deployment tools.
-Troubleshoot OS and Business application issues by co-ordinating with end user on telephone call or email.
-Understand Active Directory setup, Group Policies and configuration of third party management tools in the estate - Design, present, execute plans for Windows OS and application remediation.
-Application Packaging, testing and deployment of Windows 10 OS and Office Tools.
-Patch Management and Windows 10/0365 Vulnerability assessment Location - Hyderabad We are Looking for candidate, who can join in 15 Days.
