Responsibilities : - Work with project teams to deliver CRM-based solutions that create value for our customers.
-Evangelize CRM and grow the Spark hound CRM practice - Work directly with customers, partners, and pre-sales teams to promote CRM projects - Lead architectural workshops to illustrate best practices relative to CRM configuration and deployment - Lead customer-facing CRM design and development initiatives and can handle front-end CRM maintenance, such as user setup, data import, scrubbing of files - Develop custom CRM features and functionalities in support of customer needs - Lead customers through complex problem-solving exercises and leverage the CRM platform to deliver resolve business challenges - Maintain a broad knowledge of emergent trends in CRM and related solutions, tools, methodologies and their underlying principles - Lead the delivery of projects and solutions to completion in a team environment while demonstrating a consultative personality, leadership mindset, and collaborative communication style - Work with solution teams to develop CRM offerings - To keep abreast of emerging trends in software development practices and tools to inform the continuous improvement of the GPhC methods, tooling, and IT strategy.
