Progress > Perfection : Just keep moving and aim for the 1% improvements every day Skills Qualifications for this Role : - 5 years of proven track record in hands-on product design - Able to manage a lean team of digital illustrators and a fleet of studios/freelancers - Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas/concepts into simple words - Should have the basic knowledge of coding and logic construction - An engineer by Degree, Designer by Profession - Resilience - Ability to connect character designs with emotions - Startup level speed and agility towards goal achieving - Go-getter attitude with a focus on nailing deadlines Roles Responsibilities : - Understanding of Typography, Illustration Styles, Color Theory and Inner Workings of Animation Industry - Deep empathy towards the user and business goals - Collaborate with Data Scientists, Content, Client/Server Developers - Knows how designs will manifest into a full-fledged product - Put user needs above everything else - Articulate design ideas into code-based logical statements - Mentor and guide a team of in-house artists/illustrators
