Experience: - Degree in 3D Art, Game Design BA/MA or similar - Adaptability and varying styles of character, environment and animation creation - Excellent eye for Animations, 3D models, texture and detail - Easily communicate ideas and concepts quickly and efficiently - Ability to create stunning background and environment design - Storyboard development/experience of working with animations - Experience working on a variety game genres/style - Ability to provide constructive feedback and present work confidently - Real-time engine experience, Unreal and or Unity.
-Good working knowledge of Maya and the Adobe Creative Suite tool set.
-Effortless ability to prepare and hand over source files to animation and technical team Key skills : - Working from high-level brief to design new games, mechanics, levels and features - Work with other teams to bring those designs to life - Ability to create animations for charters or other 3D models.
-Crafting and balancing new levels for games - Using a variety of methods to test your game designs prior to development - Good knowledge and background in developing 3D models for various platforms - Experience and/or knowledge of level design - Ability to express their design ideas clearly - Excellent time and priority management skills.
-Ambition to learn new things and progress their career - Hugely passionate about games - Strong and inspiring portfolio of high-quality and creative concept art - Strong understanding of artistic and design fundamentals and skills, including drawing, anatomy, composition, perspective, light, colour, functional design architecture - Good knowledge of game development, art creation pipelines and workflows.
-Passion for world building, contextual narrative and storytelling - Ability to give and receive feedback and adapt to visual direction - Ability to analyse and deconstruct visual style and direction - Experience in AAA development
