Job Description : - Have relevant experience of 18 yrs in executing and leading large scale SAP Implementation/Transformation projects from India and at Client locations outside India - Past experience of overall Program and project mgmt. of SAP Implementation/roll-out/upgrade projects being delivered from India especially in SAP S4 implementations - (Experience with atleast 2 implementations of SAP S4 implementations is desirable) - Past experience of having played an delivery lead of having End-to-end accountability of the Team, Scope, Project deliverable, Risks/Issues, Milestones, Financials and Reporting of the projects with an objective of ensuring timely completion with higher quality and profitability - Experience in Leading Client stakeholder engagement, relationship building, visits and drive higher client satisfaction through value based delivery - Leading/participating in response to RFPs and Orals for new deals/opportunities at client site and/or from India.
-Drive solutioning, estimation, commercial negotiation and contract discussion with Client on new deals/opportunities - Drive Innovation and Automation thru Devops, Agile, New IT solutions on programs/projects to achieve quality and productivity goals - Act as an Industry expert in atleast one industry and drive delivery Industrialization programs across projects/locations - Have a flair for developing knowledge across multiple dimensions of a program including Industry, Process, Technology, Integration and Infrastructure.
