One of our leading IT Analytical Based Clients in Noida is looking Endur Consultants for Product support Designation : Endur Consultant Exp : 4 - 8 Years Location : Noida Worked with application maintenance team to resolve the incident and problem ticket reported by client and Configuration changes in different managers (Trading managers, Reference Manager, Admin Manager, Service Manager) of Endur - Have good understanding trade life cycle and trade capture mechanism into Endur - Providing the fixes for the issues raised by the business and running the UATs with the traders.
-Providing weekend production support for application to resolve user raised incident - Coordinate with Business for the change requests, Enhancements and problem records and produce the technical design documents as per requirements - Deal directly with the user to rectify service request and live incidents
