UK Shift - 2 PM to 11 PM IST Position Overview The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant will act independently and advise on or manage designing, deploying, and testing solution components of small to large size and complexity. In addition, the consultant will provide subject matter expertise for addressing solutions regarding interface, integration and entity/data model design. Key Responsibilities : - Applies specialized knowledge in a solutions development discipline to conceptualize, design, construct, and implement systems that enable and support business functions.
-Interact with the various functions within the organization and team to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context and organizational strategic direction.
-Collaborate with business to gather business requirements and prepare functional specification for customizations.
-Creating unit test cases, creating unit test plans, and executing unit testing.
-Specify and convey requirements for custom code, integrations, and custom reports to development team and test completed solutions.
-Create and/or work with developers to create Functional Designs - Collaborate with developers on technical designs - Mentor and train business analysts - Tier II and III (DB analysis, configuration changes, basic debugging) support We are seeking candidates with the following : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering field preferred - Knowledge of typical Sales and Marketing business processes - Deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM Functionality/Capabilities and the supporting Entity/Data Model - for CRM versions 2015 and Dynamics 365 - Ability to Solution new business needs with Fit/Gap - Ability to Configure and Customize CRM - Ability to Learn Co.s processes and As-Built configurations and customizations - 7 years- experience with business process analysis and documentation - 5 years Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM - 3 years- experience performing end-user training, design specification creation, and system configuration - Candidates must exhibit a high level of professionalism and be able to complete a variety of project tasks in a timely and efficient manner - Demonstrable experience in successfully rolling out complex projects on time and on budget - Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills - Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Other Attributes : - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certified (Applications, Customizations, Configuration, Extending, etc.) - Microsoft certifications such as: MCSE, MCDBA, MCSD - Experience with SQL Server Reporting a plus - 5 years- experience working with Microsoft SQL - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Integration with other ERP applications experience a plus - Strong customer service orientation - Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Logical, efficient proactive - Keen attention to detail - Ability to effectively communicate ideas - Ability complete tasks as assigned - Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
