Key Responsibilities : - Owns Design and Development of enhancements in the product - Actively participates in Design discussions; Reviews and provides input/feedback for robust design and development of enhancements - Analyses Business Requirements, discusses impacted areas, suggests solutions and multiple alternatives to resolve issues/areas of concern; - Must understand the implications of Design decisions - Provides break down and estimates for software development tasks - Interacts closely with SCRUM Team members to define and work on problem resolutions - During retrospective: Provides constructive suggestions to eliminate waste, reduce bugs and improve team performance - Provides guidance and mentors members in the team Technical skills required : Primary : - D365FO - Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical - X - C# - .Net stack - Azure stack Secondary : Microsoft Certifications Behavioural competencies : - Strong communication skills (Verbal Written) - Strong team player and Interpersonal skills - Result oriented - Takes accountability and self-motivated Key Deliverables (Accountability of the role) : - High quality deliverables adhering to acceptance criteria and Release Timelines - Unit test cases ensuring code coverage - Quality deliverable following coding standards and best practices, considering efficiency, re-usability and optimization, avoiding duplication - Design: Share info with team on design decisions and both short term and long-term impact on the product.
-Training and Knowledge Sharing: Writing Knowledge base articles and conducting Knowledge sharing sessions on Product/Domain for the team(s)
