Only looking for Graduate degree from Tier I engineering college with 0-2 years of work experience Job Description : Your responsibilities : - Continuous involvement in conceptualizing product ideas launching experiments on the website to successfully validate these ideas using HTML/CSS/Javascript (eg: to improve the fill-rate of any form, you will figure out possible variations of the form based on the available customer data and product/ market context. You will then implement this form variation for 50% of our users using simple HTML/ CSS/ Javascript) - Defining tracking key metrics for concerned experiments, and regular reporting of success failure areas (eg: for the above experiment, you will track the number of users actually filling the entire form, as well as users dropping out after filling any other form field etc.) - Continuous monitoring of current experiment metrics to generate learnings and define areas of improvement/ opportunities to iterate on currently implemented experiment variation, followed by fast-paced launch of these iterations You should have : - Domain knowledge, or at least 3 months experience in a similar position or in the area of web development, data analytics, product analytics, conversion optimization, etc.
-Knowledge of HTML, CSS Javascript is must.
