We are looking for an experienced technology leader to build the next generation conversational AI platform. This role will closely with CTO and VP, Engineering to lead strategic product initiatives. Key Responsibilities : - Define and build the next generation conversational AI platform.
-Manage software development teams working on strategic initiatives.
-Provide technical leadership with detailed analysis of systems and develop recommendations for improvement. Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills) : - BS degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or 8 years of relevant work experience.
-Outstanding infrastructure and software architecture skills, especially in cloud-based systems.
-Experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
-Experience in natural language processing technologies.
-Solid experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, CoreNLP, BERT.
-Solid understanding of data science and machine comprehension technologies.
-Solid track record of a building complex, scalable, and resilient critical enterprise systems.
-Expert in Python. Preferred Qualifications : - Must have published technology articles in a major technology magazine.
-Excellent presentation skills, especially the ability to present to CXX level management.
