Our client is a leading global IT solutions, Embedded Service provider, software and mobile app development company with over nine years of elaborate experience and about 300 employees dedicated to building clear-cut solutions for complex business challenges based out of Ahmedabad. They are looking to hire Operations Head for their HO in Ahmedabad. The Roles & responsibilities are as follows : Position : Operations Head Location : Ahmedabad CTC : Best in Industry Principal Accountability : To ensure delivering engineering projects with quality, manage operations and achieving higher level of team & customer satisfaction in given below skills. Key Deliverables : - Must have 5 years of experience working and managing International clients (specially US, Europe Region) - The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the teams responsible for delivery of projects.
-He / She will ensure that the assigned teams to the various projects deliver with customer satisfaction.
-Lead a vertical and a large team to provide single point ownership for the project delivery: - Requirement Understanding, Estimation, Proposal/Bidding, Hiring and Training Team, Project Design, Plan, Development, Delivery & Support, Invoicing, Maintaining Profitability - Attend client review meetings with key focuses on performance improvement recommendations.
-Ensure client expectations are met/exceeded with quality and profitable delivery.
-Provide reports according to an agreed schedule.
-Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of project delivery.
-Provide leadership to the team delivering the services to maintain high staff morale.
-Responsible for productivity, profitability, work environment, safety and operational compliance. It is measured through various reporting methods.
-Provides procedural guidance to ensure engineering associates to comply with defined engineering process. Also comply with company policies and procedures as outlined in the Human Resources and ensures training completions are maintained.
-Provides technical guidance as and when needed.
-Focus on customer needs, and drive team performance with the highest degree of integrity and trust. Must be approachable by both customers and team members.
-Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws, means adherence and compliance to company Security and Quality policies. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
-Efficient Operation Management (Cost, Time, and Resource management) Job Profile : - 15 years of Experience in Software Service Delivery / Product Engineering for International Clients - Must be a Graduate in Engineering / Science / Diploma in Computers - Technically sound in Microsoft Technologies - Must know SDLC Methodologies like Agile - Must have managed team of 50 - Preferably certified in Project Management/PMI/PMP - Preferable experience in Software Product Development & Management - Must have good communication skills (active listening skills) - Must be customer-focused - Must work in a professional manner - Must be able to work alone and in teams - Must have an empathy with Team / Customer - Must be diplomatic and must have interpersonal skills - Must be able to understand the business objectives - Must have sufficient writing skills (English), have sufficient phone techniques (English) - Able to connect and relate to people - Able to manage complex workloads, meet deadlines - Team-oriented, Customer-focused, highly motivated and able to work in a pressurized environment - Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to communicate issues effectively and concisely to varied audiences both verbally and in writing - Good problem-solving skills If you are willing to work with an organization which offers a great work atmosphere with amazing pay & perks, apply by sending your updated resume with CTC & Notice period mentioned & call: 9978879922 for interview schedules
