We are looking for an experienced Platform Specialist AEM for one of our MNC clients in Bangalore. Notice Period - 15 Days (Mandatory) /Immediate Location: Bangalore Job Description Experience Knowledge : - A technical Bachelor Degree required; Masters Degree preferred - 10 - 15 years of experience in IT and/or business analysis with an emphasis on the online marketing domain.
-Experience with Agile ways of working in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural setting is a requirement.
-Good understanding of eCommerce and digital campaigns - you are not an expert but can effectively communicate with the experts - Fluent in English both verbal as written Core technology expertise : - 5 years of experience Adobe Experience Manager as a Architect - Good understanding of eCommerce and digital campaigns - you are not an expert but can effectively communicate with the experts - An understanding and preferably certification in one or more of the following technologies and methodologies is seen as an asset: - Adobe Experience Manager - TOGAF - Lean methodology - Scaled agile - Business analysis (e.g. Open Group) Additional Technology Skills (preferable) : - Experience in with Cloud platforms - AWS, Azure - Definition and enforcement of design and development guidelines, policies and procedures - Experience with Configuration Management Processes and systems.
-Experience with requirements gathering, effort estimation, impact analysis and supporting project/delivery management with creating delivery plans - Experience with Application and Infrastructure Support in an outsourced model - Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies in an onsite/offshore delivery model - Knowledge of IT Software Validation methodology in regulated medical device, pharmaceutical and healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
-Possesses a broad, enterprise-wide view of business and appreciation for strategy, processes and enabling technologies - Strong focus on Organizational, Individual and Team KPIs as defined by organization.
