JD : - Participate in the full development life cycle, working within broadly defined parameters - Own the delivery of an entire piece of a system or application - Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments - Work closely with development manager, tech leads, Scrum master and Product owner to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development - Builds software solutions where the problem is not well defined. Designs and defines the interaction between the other component pieces - Create and execute appropriate quality plans, project plans, test strategies and processes for development activities in concert with business and project management efforts.
-Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment.
-Writing high quality code, participating in code reviews, designing/architecting systems of varying complexity and scope, and creating high quality documentation supporting the design/coding tasks - Work with a highly multi-disciplinary team spread across multiple continents to drive technology changes and analytical findings - Self-motivated person on software development and code writing, should adopt the technology changes - Should able to lead technical solution for team and interact with global technical team - Hands-on experience on leading team or working as technical lead/manager - Able to work on technical solution for given requirements, ability to propose different approach for given problem and convince team or having meaningful discussion with all shareholders to finalize the solution.
-Experience in full software life cycle development. Required Key Skills and Experience : - Minimum 9 years- experience, played technical manager role - Strong people management skill, ability to handle leads and different level of developers - Hands on development expertise on distributed scalable C micro-services based application using SOA - Python, C , C 1x - NoSQL and relational DBs, Jenkins, Kafka - SOAP/XML, REST, SOA, Worked in Scrum, SAFe - Cloud experience, design application suitable for cloud environment - Ability to coach and mentor technical leads, design engineers - Resolve design issues, integration issues, propose long term architecture to overcome it.
-Knowledge of software best practices, like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI) - Ability to learn and adapt new technology and processes Desired Skills and Experience : - Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office tools Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint and Word, Visual Basic, UML, C , Python, SOAP/XML, REST/JSON - Scripting knowledge, Technical writing skills - Planning, documentation, analysis and business requirements management techniques - Ability to formulate concepts, Ability to breakdown activity - Communication of technical information to a non-technical audience - Communication of business information to a technical audience Soft Skill : - Excellent people management skill - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - pre-requisite - Multicultural Approach - Change Management Flexibility - Planning Organization - Good problem solving skills - Independent work ethic - Good collaborative team player B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M Tech: Min 9 years of experience
