Do you like to collaborate with development and test teams to keep the delivery on track at all times using Project Management/Scrum concepts? Can you interact with global delivery teams and comply with a Release Calendar to launch deliverables on time? Are you passionate about Code Metrics, Defect Management and delivering quick and incremental development packages to Production? If you said yes, you may be the Delivery Manager we are looking for. We are a Platform for a high volume Sports Betting product and thrive on handling challenges head-on.
-You should have good knowledge Project Management concepts.
-Strong development and quality background on Java based applications. An expert in communicating and collaborating with large number of delivery teams.
-A passion for building and deploying Java based applications and keeping them live with high availability. Qualifications : - 8 to 12 years of experience with Java profile, and at least 3 years of experience in managing delivery teams and external stakeholder communication - The Candidate should be a B.E., B.Sc or MCA Graduate with good academic percentages.
-Your preferred means of communication is Technical Discussions and Brainstorming - Excellent effective communication skills; should be able to interface with multiple delivery teams globally and engage them to ensure delivery remains on track at all times.
-Advanced expertise on Java based development and quality management concepts.
-Experience of using tools that integrate best practices like static code analysis, automated unit tests and integration tests, code coverage analyzers etc., - Ability to handle technological complexity and delivery timelines across multiple teams, without getting overwhelmed by the challenge - Ability to learn and adapt to varying project demands and accordingly engineer the team eco-system to perform - Ability to work well both, in a team environment and independently while tackling complex problems - PMP or Prince Certification will be an added advantage.
