Job Description for Corporate Security Experience: 5-7 years Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, manage and maintain security policies - Perform intensive data analysis and draw meaningful inferences from volumetric information - Collaborate with cross functional teams and multiple departments to achieve ad-hoc and planned changes for awareness collaterals/website - Perform and/or coordinate regular security awareness and training sessions for Cognizant Associates - Conduct simulation exercises to impart security awareness - Develop new security education / awareness material and relevant training materials for a diverse audience - Perform UAT for applications/website features to check for conformity with business requirements - Help in prioritizing and defining the scope for a product/website/collateral release Required : Technical Skills : - A Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of information systems security or related data processing auditing experience - Hands on experience with BRDs, FSDs, SOW, Contracts etc.
-Working knowledge of information systems, security standards and practices (e.g., access control and system hardening, system audit and log file monitoring, security policies, and incident handling) - Ability to interpret information security data and processes to identify potential compliance issues - A team player with willingness to establish a strong positive working relationship with all areas of the business - Ability to clearly communicate Information Security matters to executives, auditors, end users, engineers and third parties using appropriate language, examples, and tone - Perform gap analysis, develop execute relevant mitigation programs - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Visio) Soft Skills: - Ability to bridge multiple business and technical teams to meet scheduled deliverables - Excellent communication and written skills along with strong analytical and problem solving skills - Ability to perform with minimum supervision Preferred: - Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, PCI) and Regulatory Compliance (HIPPA, SOX, IT Act) - Relevant certifications such as ISO27001 LA/LI, CISA, CISM, CISSP
