Job Title : Cybersecurity (Identity Access Management Job Location : Hyderabad Job Description : - Identity and Access Management experience, Good communication skills, stakeholder management, Interpersonal skills and understanding of Risk and controls. Roles and Responsibilities : - Must be proficient at all Business As Usual and project related security administration functions; ensuring access is granted in accordance with the Access Security Policy, established standards and procedures.
-Prioritize workload and responsibilities for self and subordinates in order to ensure that Service Level Agreements are satisfied.
-Promotes policy awareness and performs required training for technology users.
-Implements Information Risk processes. procedures and monitors follow-up actions.
-Makes recommendations to senior management regarding policy related strategies, processes and software.
-Coaches junior team members as appropriate - Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Information Security products, policies and processes. Provide consulting services to our JPMC business partners as it relates to security access.
-Participate in review and implementation of security related projects for upgrades and new technology.
-Participate in audit support activities, as they pertain to Information Security for both internal and external audits.
