Description : Candidates will : - Provide support to stakeholders including answering inquiries, investigating data issues, and creating custom visualization and analysis to answer business questions - Develop custom visualization using React/Angular/Node JS - Demonstrate innovation thought leadership in how the business is analyzed and develops reporting approaches that will enhance business value and outcome - Drive data analysis - identifying trends and key drivers of metrics - Design and Develop custom visualizations - Take accountability on major initiatives and take ownership of its successful completion - Work closely in BI team on designing and developing robust data structures and highly reliable data pipelines - Troubleshoot technical issues with platforms, data discrepancies, alerts etc., - Perform ad hoc analysis, insight requests, and data extractions to resolve critical business issues Candidate should have : - Subject matter expert on internal BI and reporting solutions.
-Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis, Development, and implementation of Business Intelligence Custom Solutions - Functional and technical knowledge and experience working with the industry leading BI tools such as Tableau, including metadata tools.
-Strong expertise on one BI tool good working knowledge on 1- 2 other BI tools ability to write complex SQL for one or more databases - Extensive experience in accessing, analyzing and working with data.
-Must be able to use a consultative approach and persuasive communication with stakeholders - Clear, professional, and concise communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills. Must have a combination of excellent communication skills (including presentation skills) and Technical skills : - Expert knowledge in data modeling concepts and implementation - Strong technical accomplishments in SQL, ETL, and data analysis - Hands on experience in processing extremely large data sets.
-Strong business intuition and ability to understand complex - Business systems Experience version control software (GIT) Hands-on Experience Technologies : - Node JS - Python - Pyviz - MySQL/Postgres - Microservices - REST API - .NET using open Source Visual Code is an add-on - Tableau/Qlik Visualization Even Better : - Certification in Visualization techniques
